Before the Europeans discover it, Turkish citizens are currently snapping up property in this Aegean town between Izmir and Kusadasi, Prices in Ozdere are still well below other popular resort towns, so it is currently a bargain for investors, and people looking for a holiday or retirement property in this lovely area.

According to local experts, the area has been overlooked by British, German, Dutch and Greek investors, who form the largest group of foreign property owners and buyers in
